Service Provision

We aim to provide an appropriate setting and deliver high quality support and housing management service. GreenBridge16plus will deliver a responsive housing management service based on the principles of seeking to empower young people to take responsibility for managing their living environment.

Service Outline

Self-contained and shared accommodation; 24 hour staffed units for high support needs; individualised plans of support; contact to be flexible and responsive to young person’s need and issues of child protection and safety; 24-hour emergency telephone support.
