F&J Consults Ltd trading under the business name of GreenBridge16Plus has 2 Directors, Foley Bakare, and John Ejemai, both who are qualified social workers with many years field experience mostly in South England, and very conversant with the organisational context of Children in Care, including detailed and practice experience of LAC/CLA processes and processes.

Staffing

All senior staff members have extensive skills of managing vulnerable young people. They are experienced in working in health, social services and the voluntary sectors to support YOU ensure that these challenges are in thing of the past, and that YOU are able to MOVE ON!

GreenBridge16Plus ensures that there is a Senior Manager on-call 24 hours a day to offer the staff support and advice as and when needed.

GreenBridge16Plus does not use agency staff. However, we have a ‘Bank Staff’ resource available for each provision as and when needed. The ‘Bank Staff’ are employed under Semi-independent living services recruitment policy/procedures and receive the necessary induction and other training to ensure that they are aware of their duties and responsibilities and are fully equipped to undertake them.

A main focus for staff is supporting YOU into education, training or employment (EET) and trying to get the best possible outcome for YOU.

GreenBridge16Plus will support YOU with Finding an appropriate course, applying, preparing for the interview, escorting YOU to the interview and the entire aftermath.

GreenBridge16Plus uses evidence based practise and always ensure that YOUR Social worker/PA, IRO and placements team are kept up to date on the young person. Staff always ensure that they work in partnership work with all agencies involved.
