At Greenbridge16Plus we are here as a ‘Bridge’ to provide you the very best of high quality support service in a safe, and comfortable accommodation under well trained staff and highly effective management who understand your needs, will ensure that you are very well able to develop and achieve your potentials in spite of the odds and your background, enabling you to develop self-reliance, and capacity to make successful transit into independence and adult living, in the larger community.

Our Aim

• To provide YOU with a high standard of accommodation while supporting YOU to gain life skills.
• To provide YOU with a safe space(accommodation) where YOU can learn and develop new skills or improve on any that you already have which we believe will prepare YOU for adult life within the community.

Recognising that the transition from adolescence to adulthood is difficult and complex, OUR work is very much about giving YOU the skills, support and confidence to enable YOU to make this transition successfully.

We are therefore here for YOU to make it into independent life.
